Y a-t-il eu beaucoup de discussions sur la fa\u00e7on dont ce choix de vie affecterait votre carri\u00e8re dans l&#8217;industrie de la musique\/du divertissement ? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u2019en \u00e9tais aux premi\u00e8res \u00e9tapes, j\u2019avais fait de la promotion de concerts pour French Montana par le biais d\u2019ILuvLola et je cherchais encore ma voie.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>En tant que parent qui travaille dans l&#8217;industrie de la musique, quels sont les plus grands d\u00e9fis auxquels vous \u00eates confront\u00e9 ou avez \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9 ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u2019essaie de trouver un \u00e9quilibre entre les \u00e9v\u00e9nements de r\u00e9seautage, les rendez-vous avec les clients et le fait de ne pas manquer les \u00e9tapes importantes de la vie de ma fille (petites ou grandes). Je donne la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 son soutien.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Quel changement (grand ou petit) au sein de l&#8217;industrie pourrait avoir un impact positif pour les parents qui travaillent ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plus de soutien aux parents pour qu\u2019ils puissent trouver des gardiennes lorsque des impr\u00e9vus surviennent \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re minute et offrir des avantages sociaux stables pour assurer la prise en charge de leurs enfants.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Comment trouvez-vous du soutien et une communaut\u00e9 avec d&#8217;autres parents qui travaillent dans ou hors de l&#8217;industrie musicale ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je suis encore en train de comprendre. Je parle \u00e0 d\u2019autres personnes qui ont des enfants et, selon o\u00f9 elles en sont dans leur parcours, elles ont des points de vue diff\u00e9rents. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pouvez-vous donner un exemple sp\u00e9cifique d&#8217;une organisation\/lieu\/entreprise qui fait quelque chose de formidable pour aider \u00e0 soutenir les parents qui travaillent ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moms in Music, qui met en lumi\u00e8re les parents qui travaillent dans l\u2019industrie et offre une plateforme pour pr\u00e9senter leurs parcours.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Que pourrait faire ou fournir un \u00e9v\u00e9nement musical (festival, conf\u00e9rence, etc.) pour vous faciliter la participation ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des dates et heures plus flexibles, dans des d\u00e9lais raisonnables, compte tenu des d\u00e9placements et du stationnement plus accessibles, ou l\u2019organisation d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements adapt\u00e9s aux enfants.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pouvez-vous saluer une autre maman musicienne qui fait de grandes choses ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kay Blair est une maman talentueuse, cr\u00e9ative et travailleuse !<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O\u00f9 en \u00e9tiez-vous dans votre carri\u00e8re musicale lorsque vous avez eu votre premier enfant ?
